Survey&Report is an excellent survey tool, and it is possible to create any variation you can imagine. From quickly and easily creating and distributing registration forms to working with course evaluations and large-scale research projects. Survey&Report, despite its complexity, is a user-friendly program, and if you count the plugins, there is a lot of additional functionality to use. In addition, the authorization management in the program works very well. There are good conditions for working with different roles and authorizations. The authorization management, the fact that all data is stored on servers in Växjö, and Artologik's solid work with information security and GDPR mean that we as a university can feel confident about how our data is handled.

The fact that Survey&Report suits all staff categories and is suitable for different types of surveys is a great advantage for us. The survey tool is offered to everyone at Lund University: teachers, course administrators, employees within the administration and researchers. Students who need to do surveys in connection to their dissertations also have access to the program.

The functions which I appreciate the most is definitely the construction and distribution of the surveys, as it is very easy and the user has got many question types to choose from. Distribution of surveys, as well as reminders, are also handled in a flexible way.

Most of those who use Survey&Report for course evaluations analyse the survey data within the program’s report function. But the options to export raw data to, for example, SPSS and the fact that the user can set the variable name, makes it also possible to get started speedily and make more statistical calculations in the program of your choice.

We are using Survey&Report for a large amount of respondent surveys. The distribution of the surveys works perfectly and the program allows us to accurately schedule everything. A very important feature for us is that report readers can access their personal data and export their own reports.

We work quite a lot with survey templates and predefined reports and this saves a lot of time and effort. The survey tool is easy to use, offer a lot of possibilities and has few limitations. It is also user friendly for those answering the surveys and this was crucial for us. Our customers can answer the surveys via e-mail, via regular mail with a link to the survey, or on paper.

We use the analyse function to calculate a mean value on one or several question areas, as for example Organisational skills and Management.
