We are now releasing a new version of EZbooking. A new feature is that you can increase the security of your login routine by using two-factor authentication.

Two-factor authentication in Artologik EZbooking means the user must enter a code generated by a TOTP app on their phone after logging in with a username and password. The authentication can be optional for the user to enable, mandatory, not enforced (but encouraged) or disabled.

Furthermore, you can now create multiple public users, which allows you to display public calendars with different content depending on the public user's user rights. The new version also enables retrieving user information via the API.

Two new e-mail settings are now available:

  • Send iCalendar e-mail to general e-mail address
  • EZ-Order: iCalendar e-mail to the delivery type responsible for orders linked to a booking.

EZ-Visit - Visitor registration
In our EZ-Visit plugin, you can now choose the design template for printing visitor badges. Another new feature that completes the check-in and check-out procedure is emailing recipients upon visitor check-in.

Finally, when registering a visitor, you can now add a general comment that applies to the entire registration, i.e., for all visitors added at a specific time.
