In the latest version of HelpDesk, we have added functionality related to the system's advanced search. We have also added new functions to the HD-Map and HD-SR plugins.

In the advanced search, when you type text in the Registered for field, you will now also search in the user fields address, postcode and city.

In the HD-Map plugin, you can now use other map types through a Customised GIS Service. This means that you can mark tickets on your own maps designed for your city, municipality, etc., instead of using Google Maps.

In the HD-SR plugin, which allows you to send surveys for follow-up to your support customers, we have extended the possibilities of filtering which customers shall receive follow-up surveys. You will also be able to match the user or support group that closed the ticket to the desired respondent category in Survey&Report, which allows you to, for example, evaluate customer satisfaction per support group.
