We use the software Artologik ProjectManager to manage troubleshooting time and the support given to our customers. We were able to build our activities structures the way we wanted it. Those are thus billed on an hourly price bases per person and projects.In addition to its flexibility and ease of use, what we particularly like about this tool is that it grows with our individual needs. All the requests we made have always been carefully considered. This is absolutely a bespoke service.

ProjectManager provides us with both the simplicity and rapidity we need for the management of the projects (models of projects, time registrations, planning ...), as well as for the data extraction and analysis (integrated report engines, period …).

ProjectManager gives us a good overview of our projects and supports both project leaders and members in their daily work. The informative reports of planned and used time have helped us plan new projects more efficiently and to optimize our recourse planning considerably.

ProjectManager is very flexible and fulfills all our individual requirements. With this program “no” is never an option, there is always an alternative solution. For example, we were able to transfer our database from Access to ProjectManager in a very easy and effective manner. The Artologik team has always been available and proactive whenever we needed support.
