We have improved and simplified the HelpDesk starting page! The starting page has changed its name to Dashboard.

You can show and combine 1-4 items from these types: welcome page, ticket list, reports, news and external web page. This will get you a quick overview of your work.

This is one of many new features in the latest HelpDesk release.
